What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

• Footballs without logo ship same day M-F. (No weekend shipping)
• Footballs with logos are made on Thursdays and ship either Friday or the following Monday at the latest.
• Popular Flags can ship immediately if we have them in stock.  If not, they usually ship in 4-7 days.
• Custom Flags ship 7-10 days from artwork confirmation and payment.
• We do not guarantee delivery times once an item has shipped. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please contact us about expedited shipping.
• Order Cancellation - If you have placed and order and need to immediately cancel due to an entry error- please call 817-646-2466.  This number is only answered 8-5 CST, M-F.  If you have to leave a message, your order may still ship.  

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Please check your products when you receive them and let us know right away.  Please send a message and picture to support@goteamsports.com if there is a problem.  

Returns or exchanges- Please be sure to include your original order number in the shipment.  If you have already placed a new order, note that you are requesting a refund and we will refund your shipment, minus the shipping fee, upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.  Returned or exchanged items must be UNUSED and in NEW condition.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
We ship really fast, you may have missed the boat.  Send us a quick message and we may or may not have already shipped and can change it for you.  Please be sure to check your order thoroughly before submitting it.  Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, will incur an additional shipping fee.  

How long does shipping take?
Shipping in the US usually takes 1-5 days depending on where you are.  Please keep in mind this is after custom work has been done.  You can see the different points on custom work above.

We do not guarantee delivery times.

How do I clean my ball? 
We suggest using a warm wet rag and small amount of dishsoap, if needed, to remove dirt.
