What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

• Footballs without logo ship same day M-F. (No weekend shipping)
• Footballs with logos are made on Thursdays and ship either Friday or the following Monday at the latest.
• Popular Flags can ship immediately if we have them in stock.  If not, they usually ship in 4-7 days.
• Custom Flags ship 7-10 days from artwork confirmation and payment.
• We do not guarantee delivery times once an item has shipped. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please contact us about expedited shipping.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Please check your products when you receive them and let us know right away.  Please send a message to support@goteamsports.com if there is a problem.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
We ship really fast, you may have missed the boat.  Send us a quick message and we may or may not have already shipped and can change it for you.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping in the US usually takes 1-5 days depending on where you are.  Please keep in mind this is after custom work has been done.  You can see the different points on custom work above.
